ABOUT
I’m Bradlee, I’m a world traveling retreat designer and outdoor adventure curator.
Bradlee Roffers is a world-traveling adventure seeker who lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, Chad, and their two teenage daughters, Stella & Eloise.
She is inspired by the power of nature and human connection and is committed to helping people reconnect with their true selves and a sense of purpose.
After spending three decades focused on building businesses, raising children, and staying committed to her marriage, Bradlee found herself completely disconnected from her identity and numb to the world around her. Then, one trip to Spain opened her mind, connected her heart, and brought her back home to herself again.
She has since kicked her corporate career to the curb and is now dedicated to helping people live conscious lives full of adventure, self-awareness, human connection, and nature. She is unafraid and unapologetic when she talks about the good and bad parts of her life and, in doing so, hopes others will feel comfortable doing the same.
MORE ABOUT BRADLEE
-
As a kid, Bradlee spent most of her time outdoors and loved to hike and camp with her family, which piqued her curiosity about nature. She studied Natural Resource Management and Conservation Biology at Colorado State University. In Colorado, her love for the outdoors went into overdrive, and she started to do longer expedition-style adventures. When most of her friends were partying over spring break, Bradlee was mountain biking the canyonlands of Utah and white water rafting the Rocky Mountains. After graduation, she put her dreams of all things outdoors and wild on hold and embarked on a demanding business career and raising a family.
-
She got her start in NYC at Clear Channel Communications, where she was quickly promoted to National Sales Manager, representing hundreds of media outlets nationwide. This is where she mastered the art of contract negotiations, client management, and good old-fashioned hardcore sales. She was then recruited by Bloomberg, where she spent her time mastering cutting-edge technology sales and the demands of high-profile clients. Ultimately, Bradlee transitioned her corporate career into a freelance role at Beautycounter, where she grew a team of over 500 Consultants, generating over $10M in revenue. This earned her numerous awards and the coveted spot as an Advisory Board Member and one of the 50 Founding Members of Beautycounter. This highly competitive position allowed her to work closely with the entire Executive Team, where her field expertise and business decisions were respected and consistently executed.

Bradlee married her post-college sweetheart, Chad Roffers, a Real Estate Entrepreneur from the Midwest. They have been life partners for over 30 years and live in Austin, Texas, with their two teenage daughters, Stella and Eloise. Three decades together brought them three dogs, 17 moves, years of more nights apart in hotel rooms than at home, and financial ruin, eventually resulting in the company's successful sale, all of which taught her the power of perseverance, forgiveness, vulnerability, and love.
-
All accomplishments aside, around 46 years old, she found herself professionally burnt out, physically exhausted, creepingly overweight, drenched in alcohol, and deprived of regular sleep, sex, and feel-good hormones. It became painfully apparent that something needed to change, so she took a leap of faith and went on a solo journey to the Pyrenees mountains of Spain on a Wim Hof Expedition. That one trip opened her up and plugged her back into her true nature and she is forever grateful for the experience.
Today, Bradlee travels the globe, encouraging people to get outside their comfort zone and be curious and open to an ever-changing landscape around them. She believes people can “re-wild” themselves and gain new perspectives when they get out of their heads and into their bodies using deep emersion in nature, breathwork, human connection, and cold exposure.
